Your cancellation policy depends on where you booked. Find your booking source below, then read the policy that applies to your stay.
Full refund if you cancel 30 or more days before your check-in date, minus our processing fee. If you cancel 15 to 29 days before check-in, you receive a 50% refund, minus our processing fee. If you cancel fewer than 15 days before check-in, the stay is nonrefundable.

Pets are welcome only in homes marked pet friendly. Ashley Lake Estates, The Montana Manor, The Boat Motel, and Blue Heron Hideaway accept pets. Every other home is a no-pet home. Check the home's page before you book.
Each pet friendly home allows up to 2 pets. Pet fee is $100 per pet.
Service animals are not considered pets under this policy.
